Sponsorship Terms & Conditions – Hammer Deaf Expo



1. Payment Terms

All sponsorships must be paid in full to secure participation. Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment is received.



2. No Refund Policy

All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.



3. Event Changes

Hammer Deaf Expo reserves the right to modify the event date, location, schedule, or format if necessary. Sponsors will be notified of any significant changes.



4. Sponsor Benefits

Sponsorship benefits (e.g., logo placement, booths, promotions) are provided as outlined in the selected sponsorship level. Organizers will make reasonable efforts to deliver all agreed benefits but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as attendance numbers or marketing reach.



5. Sponsor Responsibilities

Sponsors are responsible for providing all required materials (logos, ads, etc.) by the specified deadlines. Organizers are not responsible for missed benefits due to late submissions.



6. Conduct

Sponsors agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the event. Organizers reserve the right to remove any sponsor who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behavior.



7. Liability

Hammer Deaf Expo organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by sponsors during the event.



8. Agreement

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
